# Build with Protodesk

> Connect your product, automate support workflows, and connect an AI assistant to your workspace.

Protodesk brings customer conversations into one workspace. Use the REST API to connect customer records, manage conversations, and respond to events. Connect an AI assistant through one Protodesk MCP endpoint for workspace operations and Help Center content proposals, with tools controlled by connection permissions.
