Sign in at app.protodesk.io/login using your email and password or Continue with Google. Use the account that belongs to your workspace; signing in successfully does not itself grant membership of another workspace.

Sign in or create an account

  1. Open the sign-in page.
  2. Enter your email and password, then select Sign In, or select Continue with Google and choose the intended Google account.
  3. After the dashboard opens, check the workspace name in the navigation. Switch to the intended workspace if you belong to more than one.
To register with email, choose Create an Account, enter your email and a password of at least eight characters, complete any displayed verification challenge, and select Sign Up. Follow any additional password requirements shown by the service. If you already have an account, sign in instead of registering again. The current sign-in page offers email/password and Google. Do not assume an organization-specific SSO or MFA setup is available from this page.

Join through an invitation

Open the invitation sent by your workspace administrator and use the invited email address. If you land in your own workspace rather than the inviting workspace, check the workspace switcher. Ask an administrator to verify the invited address and send a fresh invitation if necessary. An expired or mismatched invitation can fail even when sign-in succeeds. Keep the invitation link private. Do not forward it as a way to invite someone else.

Verify your email

After email registration, check your inbox and spam folder for the verification message and follow its link. If the dashboard shows an email-verification banner, select Resend email to request another message. Wait for the request result before trying again. Use the newest message if a link is invalid or expired. If verification has completed but the banner remains, reload after protecting any unsaved work, or sign in again. Dismissing a banner is not the same as verifying your address. If no message arrives, confirm the address and contact support; do not keep requesting messages rapidly.

Reset a forgotten password

  1. On the sign-in page, select Forgot your password?
  2. Enter your account email and select Send reset link.
  3. Check your inbox and spam folder, then open the reset link.
  4. Enter and confirm your new password, complete the reset, and return to sign in.
The confirmation screen does not establish that an account exists or that the email was delivered. If nothing arrives, check spelling and whether you normally use Google sign-in. Request a fresh link if the old link is invalid, expired, or already used. Resetting a password does not automatically sign you in. For a Google-only account, use Continue with Google and Google’s account-recovery process if you cannot access Google. Do not assume that your Google password is also a Protodesk email/password credential.

Change a known password

For an email/password account, open Settings → Account. Under Security, enter your current and new passwords, then select Save changes. Leave both fields blank when saving unrelated profile changes. An incorrect current password prevents the password change. If a save fails while changing several settings together, check each result before retrying: password and profile updates are separate operations. A later profile-save error does not prove that the password stayed unchanged.

Still unable to enter your workspace?

Check the selected Google account or email address first. For Session expired, select Sign in again and use your usual sign-in method. For missing membership or access, ask the workspace owner or administrator to check your invitation and role. When contacting support, share the error text, approximate time and timezone, sign-in method, and browser version. Never send passwords, reset links, verification links, invitation tokens, or authentication codes.
