Set workspace defaults in Evelin AI → Style so AI-assisted replies sound more like your team. You need permission to manage workspace AI settings to save changes.

Choose the basic defaults

  1. Open Evelin AI → Style.
  2. Choose a Tone: Professional, Friendly, or Casual.
  3. Choose a Length: Concise, Balanced, or Detailed.
  4. Under Suggestions, choose one best reply or up to three approaches.
  5. Under Formatting, choose Adaptive, Short paragraphs, or Bullets & steps.
Multiple approaches are separate alternatives to review, not a promise that every question needs three replies. Check the displayed credit estimate before choosing a suggestion mode.

Add wording guidance

Expand Advanced style to set:
  • Style guidance: short instructions about how to write.
  • Greeting and sign-off: optional opening and closing wording.
  • Terminology: preferred and avoided terms, one per line.
  • Example reply: a short example that sounds like your team.
Keep style guidance focused on writing. An example reply is not evidence for a refund policy, product capability, or other fact. Put factual guidance in your knowledge sources instead.

Test and save

Use Playground to try the settings on a realistic question. If the screen says Testing unsaved settings, you are previewing changes only; they have not been saved for your workspace. Return to Style and select Save changes when you are satisfied. Saved defaults apply to future requests, not to text already generated. Different composer actions may use only the defaults relevant to their task.
