Evelin’s composer tools can translate or rewrite an existing reply or internal note. Review the result before applying it, then check the actual composer before sending. Improving wording is not the same as verifying facts.

Polish or translate text

  1. Write your text in the conversation’s reply composer. Check whether you are writing a customer reply or an internal note.
  2. Open the Evelin action menu beside the main Compose, Polish, or other current action label.
  3. Choose the writing action you need. For translation, choose the intended language from the translation menu; search for it if needed.
  4. Review the generated text, including names, amounts, dates, links, formatting, and policy details.
  5. Choose Use reply or Use note to put the result into the composer, or Apply edit when changing a selected passage.
When you select text, check that the action applies to that selection rather than the whole draft. If you edit the source passage while Evelin is working, the old result may no longer be applicable. Reselect the current text and run the action again instead of replacing unrelated content. Do not use polishing, shortening, or translation as evidence that the underlying statement is correct. Verify product and policy claims against current sources.

Customer language versus your review language

The customer-facing draft and an internal review translation serve different purposes. A bilingual draft review can show Suggested reply in the output language alongside Review translation, marked Internal only, in your review language. The review translation helps you understand the draft. It is not the customer-facing text inserted by the suggested-reply action. If it is unavailable or out of date, retry or refresh that review translation where offered and compare it with the current draft before relying on it. Your personal Settings → Account → Evelin language preference controls private answers and draft reviews. It does not automatically change every customer reply into your language. Choose the intended translation language explicitly when translating a reply.

Reopen the right result

After using a result, the result button identifies the selected operation, such as View translation, View polished reply, or View composed reply. Use Previous results beside it to choose an earlier result when available. Opening an earlier result lets you review it; it does not itself replace the text you are currently editing. Check the result’s action and language before applying it. If a Replace your edited reply? confirmation appears, preserve any manual edits you need before replacing them. Result history belongs to the current editing context, not a permanent archive of every version. Do not depend on it surviving a refresh, a cleared draft, or a change of composer mode.

Applying and sending are different

Use reply, Use note, and Apply edit fill or change the composer; they do not send. Return to the composer to inspect the final text and audience. The separate More draft actions menu may offer Use & send… or Use & add note…. Those enter a sending or posting flow, not just a preview. Select them only when you intend that outcome and review any confirmation shown. If an Undo control is offered for a composer edit, it concerns that local edit. It is not email recall. If a generation or send fails, check the current draft and conversation state before retrying to avoid overwriting work or sending a duplicate.
