When Evelin cannot find a supported answer, use the question to improve your documentation. Do not add a guessed answer just to make the next test succeed.

Find the missing information

  1. Reproduce the question in Evelin AI → Playground.
  2. Review Evelin interpretation to check whether the question was understood.
  3. Inspect Knowledge used and any additional evidence.
  4. Identify whether the needed fact is missing, outdated, contradictory, or unavailable because a source is not ready.

Make the smallest useful correction

  • Update an existing Help Center article when its instructions are wrong or incomplete.
  • Create a focused article when customers repeatedly ask a question that is not documented.
  • Correct the original website page if it is the authoritative source.
  • Remove conflicting guidance from the source you control.
  • Leave the question for a teammate if it requires account-specific judgment or information you should not publish.

Verify the improvement

Publish the corrected Help Center article or sync the connected website. In Knowledge sources, wait for preparation to complete. Run the original question again in Playground and confirm that the answer is supported by the intended source. Use anonymized examples. Never copy customer secrets or unnecessary personal information into public documentation.
